.:: U Choose Leads Return Policy for Fresh Leads ::.

Leads will be replaced for the following reasons. If a lead is replaceable then a credit will be added to your account. No refunds and all Sales are final!

-Wrong Name

-Wrong Phone number

Leads must be submitted on our website uchooseleads.com with in 3 business days of purchasing. If the lead is returned after 3 days then the lead could be rejected by out customer service department. U Choose Leads does not guarantee a closing ration or any success with leads. Because of the large volume of leads being sold we will randomly verify leads being returned on our site. If an excess of leads are being returned then verify all leads being returned. If your return ratio exceeds 10% at any given time we can then reject any future leads being returned for replacement. We also have the right to stop taking order from anyone at anytime. All leads that are returned for replacement on U Choose Leads website will go into a pending status until accepted or rejected for replacement by one of U Choose Leads staff. No credits will be given to your credit card just to your U Choose Leads account. Credit will be held in your U Choose Leads account for 6 months and then will be deleted.

.:: U Choose Leads Return Policy for Aged Leads ::.

No refunds and all Sales are final! No replacements will be given for Aged leads. Because of the high volume of Aged leads and the low pricing we are not replacing any Aged leads.

No credits, refunds or exchanges will be given for buying the same lead twice. Make sure you check to make sure you don't purchase the same lead twice.  U Choose Leads is not responsible for the customer purchasing the same lead twice.

Minimum purchase amount is $100 (credits not included). All credits will be added to the broker's account as a credit. No refunds will be given for replacement leads. Credit cards will not be credited for replacement leads. All credits will be available for six (6) months from date of purchase and if not used will be deleted from U Choose Lead account.

This is an agreement between you the Customer and U Choose Leads. U Choose Leads is a Illinois Company. On your credit card bill will show U Choose Leads as the authorized receiver of the funds.

A Lead is information that was filled out by a consumer wanting to refinance or any other purpose having to do with a purchase of a new home or to inquire about a new mortgage for any reason or wanting to get assistance with removal of personal debt or inquiring about modification to there loan.

We sell NON EXCLUSIVE leads that can be sold up to 4 times for the Fresh Leads and up to 12 times for the Aged leads.

Leads are only to be sold to Mortgage Brokers, Bankers, Mortgage Loan Officers, Debt Councilors, Debt Account Executives, and Loan Mod Professionals. We do not authorize anyone to resell our leads and they will be fined a $1000 per incident and will pay all legal cost, attorney's fee etc for U Choose Leads.

The Customer consents herein to have U Choose Leads to charge his/her credit card for the agreed amount and agrees that the product they are purchasing is not guaranteed. There will be a $600 fee if you decide to charge back your credit card for the charges that you voluntarily authorized to be ran, U Choose Leads. The Customer understands all sales are final and are sold AS IS with no warranty. No refunds or cancellations will be given. We can not guarantee any success or closing ratios with out leads. I (the customer) agree to not do a chargeback and will pay the $600 fee, the amount of chargeback, that a chargeback will be approved by the bank or merchant company and will pay all legal cost, attorney's fee etc for U Choose Leads.

The Customer (the one who purchases the leads) agrees that they will be responsible for all legal, attorney, and or filing fees that are accrued by U Choose Leads to recover or defending U Choose Leads. This includes but not limited to any legal disputes or if the Customer decides to charge backs his/her credit card in which the Customer agrees that they will pay for these accrued legal fees by U Choose Leads. All disputes will be filed and settled in Westmont, Illinois.

The Customer agrees to indemnify, defend and hold harmless U Choose Leads and its officers, directors, employees, owners, representatives, agents, subsidiaries, and affiliates, from and against any and all third party claims, actions, liabilities (including all reasonable costs, expenses, and attorney's fees) arising from or in connection with this agreement.

U Choose Leads has the right to update and revise this agreement at anytime without notice.
